HEARING ROOMS

Hearing rooms all feature abundant natural daylight and come with a U-shape layout and a separate table for court reporters. The layout can be modified. The rental includes mics, speakers, screens and onsite technical support.

The capacity for each hearing room can be increased by adding chairs, in which case add EUR 50/day excl. VAT for the room rental (irrespective of the number of chairs added).

For a hybrid setup, the cost is EUR 1800/day excl. VAT (or EUR 500 for the video feed only) and includes bridge management of the hearing. The setup includes 5 cameras (Tribunal, parties x2, witness table, full room). Bridge manager overtime (i.e. outside of normal sitting hours) is charged at EUR 140/hr in early morning/evening, and EUR 280/hr overnight, at weekends and on bank holidays.

There are 4 cabins: 2 with windows that give onto the Fontainebleau and Rambouillet hearing rooms (and that could potentially accommodate 3 interpreters), and 2 blind ones that can be plugged to any hearing room. In this manner, there can be up to three languages interpreted simultaneously on a given hearing. The rental includes onsite technical support.

Refreshments include coffee and tea, pastries and fruit, at EUR 15/day/person excl. VAT.

For lunch, we offer bakery sandwiches (EUR 20/person), gourmet picnic boxes (EUR 36/person) and gourmet meal trays (EUR 52/person), or can seek out special options to meet dietary requirements according to the needs and preferences of hearing participants (all prices excl. VAT).

The centre is open from 8.30am to 6.30pm.

(8.30am-1pm or 2pm-6.30pm) at 2/3 of the full-day price.

Note: the above surcharges are discounted by 5% with 1-week notice, 10% with 2-week notice, and 20% with one month notice or more.

OTHER FACILITIES

The centre also has an arbtriator lounge, and a copy centre. Pages on all printers/copiers are charged at EUR 0.50 for black & white and EUR 1 for colour (excl. VAT). We can assist with shredding, couriering, etc. at a cost of EUR 12 excl. VAT per 15mn. There is a flat charge of EUR 50 plus VAT for badges and items borrowed such as adaptors if they are not returned at the end of the hearing.
