HEARING ROOMS<\/h1><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Hearing rooms all feature abundant natural daylight and come with a U-shape layout and a separate table for court reporters. The layout can be modified. The rental includes mics, speakers, screens and onsite technical support.<\/p>\n

The capacity for each hearing room includes the seats around the U-shape table and at the witness table, as well as the seats at the court reporter table and optional additional tribunal secretary table.<\/p>\n

The capacity can be increased by adding tables and chairs, in which case add EUR 50\/day excl. VAT for the room rental (irrespective of the number of tables and chairs added).<\/p>\n

For a hybrid setup, the cost is EUR 1850\/day excl. VAT (or EUR 520 for the video feed only) and includes bridge management of the hearing. The setup includes 5 cameras (Tribunal, parties x2, witness table, full room). Bridge manager overtime (i.e. outside of normal sitting hours) is charged at EUR 145\/hr in early morning\/evening, and EUR 285\/hr overnight, at weekends and on bank holidays.<\/p>\n

As an introductory offer, we are happy to look at matching the price of other hearing centres in Paris and London. <\/strong><\/span>Our most cost-effective package is the Saint-Germain hearing room and three breakout rooms for a total of EUR 4560 excl. VAT.<\/p><\/div>

The centre also has an arbtriator lounge, and a copy centre. Pages on all printers\/copiers are charged at EUR 0.50 for black & white and EUR 1 for colour (excl. VAT). We can assist with shredding, couriering, etc. at a cost of EUR 12 excl. VAT per 15mn. There is a flat charge of EUR 50 plus VAT for badges and items borrowed such as adaptors if they are not returned at the end of the hearing.<\/span><\/p>\n
